As a consultant and educator with a background in Industrial Design and Engineering Management, I have spent years architecting environments where creativity meets commercial viability. These two programs—Wake Up and DesignX—represent my commitment to using Design Thinking as the ultimate engine for startup success.

WAKE UP: The 3-Day Design Sprint

Scale: Nationwide (30+ Universities) | Reach: 1,000+ Alumni Entrepreneurs

Created and led in partnership with TİM (Turkey Exporters Assembly) and TEB (Turkish Economy Bank), the Wake Up program was designed to ignite the entrepreneurial mindset in university students across Turkey.

The Intensive Sprint Process

1. Exploration & Empathy: Utilizing 1-to-1 interviews and "Idea Dices" to move from raw motivation to concrete personas.

2. Prototyping: Rapid iteration through paper prototyping, wireframing, and 3D mock-ups.

3. Business Modeling & Testing: Applying the MVP Canvas to ensure product-market fit before the final pitch.

4. Impact: Since 2016, this program has served as the first entry point into entrepreneurship for over a thousand students, teaching them that innovation is a process, not a "eureka" moment.

DesignX: The 2-Month Deep-Dive Accelerator

Focus: Interdisciplinary Collaboration | Context: İzmir University of Economics TTO

DesignX is a boutique accelerator that merges technology and design to produce market-ready products. Over two months, I guided startups through a rigorous journey from research to Demo Day.

The Deep-Dive Methodology

• Define & Research: Moving beyond assumptions through user observation and roleplaying to identify real-world "Insight Statements".

• Ideation & Prototyping: Leveraging university workshops to build physical and digital working prototypes (30+ created to date).

• Business Modeling: Translating design concepts into scalable financial models and investor-ready presentations.

Impact: Two successful seasons (2018-2019) resulted in 30+ prototypes and 60 empowered entrepreneurs, many of whom successfully launched ventures like "Flux Braille".
