• The Goal: To translate complex IoT hardware capabilities into an intuitive, habit-forming digital mentor experience.

Evidence-Based UX Research

To build an app that truly replicates a personal trainer, I went straight to the source of professional training:

• 1-on-1 In-depth Interviews: I conducted qualitative research sessions with professional personal coaches and dedicated fitness enthusiasts to decode the expert feedback loop.

• The Discovery: We identified that the value of a coach is not just in tracking "reps," but in corrective feedback and psychological motivation. This insight became the foundation for the app’s adaptive coaching logic.

The Architecture: A Unified IoT Ecosystem

I designed the digital bridge that connects physical digital-resistance hardware to a seamless mobile experience.

• Frictionless Connectivity: Architected the onboarding and Bluetooth pairing flow to ensure users can start an IoT-connected workout session in seconds.

• Non-Linear Progress: Unlike rigid fitness apps, the system allows users to iterate their training programs based on real-time resistance data from the hardware.

Investment Success & Market Validation

The strategic investment narrative and UX framework we developed resulted in a massive public validation through equity crowdfunding.

• Fonbulucu Success: Successfully closed the investment round with a 100.7% funding rate.

• Capital Raised: Secured a total investment of ₺2,266,023.

• Investor Trust: Backed by 851 individual and institutional investors, including qualified venture capital participation.

• Accelerator Excellence: Recognized as a finalist in the Sinan Güler Sports Startups Accelerator and supported by TÜBİTAK 1507 R&D grants.

Strategic Contribution

Leveraging my background in Industrial Design and Engineering Management, I helped the team bridge the gap between "engineering specs" and "user value." My consulting ensured the product was not just a piece of hardware, but a fundable business asset that resonates with the market.
